Charlie Forbes
 

Charlie comes by his passion for real estate naturally. He is the third generation to make a career in real estate, following his grandparents and an aunt into the business. For Charlie, the move comes after 20 years as a banking consultant where he guided the design and implementation of complex and detailed projects at many of the largest financial institutions in the United States and Canada. As he turns his attention to a full-time career in real estate, Charlie now looks forward to using his talents for active listening, careful planning and attention to detail for the benefit of buyers and sellers in the Lake Sunapee Region. Charlie has enjoyed the Lake Sunapee Region since his earliest years, vacationing on the lake in the summer and skiing Mount Sunapee in the winter. In 1999, Charlie and his wife Becky made a permanent move to the area and reside full-time in Newbury.
