Lynn Lovett
 

After spending many summers in the New London area, Lynn moved to New London permanently and full time in 2006 from Wellington, Florida, to take advantage of the quality of life offered from the Sunapee Region area.  She has been a licensed realtor in Florida since 1994.  She recently obtained her New Hampshire real estate license so she could join Country Houses Real Estate.  She is married to her husband Jim, who has been a licensed residential contractor in Florida since 1976.  Her primary focus at Country Houses is rentals, property management, as well as sales.  Lynn’s background in real estate sales, rentals, and residential construction, as well as her prior banking career, make her an asset to the Country Houses Real Estate Team.

Her goal as your agent is to work diligently for her clients and to use the convenience of today’s new technology in the real estate market without losing the Personal Touch.

Lynn is currently a member of the National Association of Realtors, the New Hampshire Association of Realtors and the Sunapee Region Board of Realtors.  She also sponsors the Kearsarge Regional Middle School Baseball Team and is a member of the National Baseball Hall of Fame.
